Room Rates: $159.00 - $169.00 (single occupancy)

Reservation Deadline: May 26, 2025—or sooner if the block fills up. If your plans change and you no longer need your reservation, we kindly ask that you release the room so others may book.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided (minus a $50 processing fee) for cancellations made by May 30, 2025. No cancellations will be accepted after May 30, 2025 due to hotel guarantee deadlines. Please send your cancellation request to Christin Monts at info@kansasengineer.org.
